Three sets of talks will look at the role of collaboration in three of the most active areas of biomedical research:
Each set of talks will look at opportunities and challenges- what works and what doesn’t- when building collaborations for biomedical engineering
The event has three open forum sessions, giving delegates the opportunity to discuss specific challenges or opportunities they face. Delegates have two minutes to describe their challenge, optionally using one or two powerpoint slides, followed by a discussion moderated by one of the organisers.
Topics for discussion could include technical problems, how to break into a particular market or how to secure regulatory approval. The discussions will be open to all, so any sensitive information should be omitted or anonymised. Suggestions can be submitted at registration or by email to the organiser, Chris Pearson (firstname.lastname@example.org).
