University of Cambridge Students and Staff, whose department will be covering the participation cost, need to register under the 5. UoC Student/Staff Registration: Internal Crosscharge category and prior booking liaise with their finance team to arrange an internal crosscharge via PO. PO number is required during the booking process.

Academics and Students not from Cambridge and those not claiming expenses via UoC should select another category from the list.
