The Centre for Trophoblast Research, University of Cambridge, is running a residential course in contemporary placental research aimed at graduate students and post-doctoral research associates.   The course will commence on Sunday 2nd July (PM) and will continue through until Friday 7th July.  Delegates have the option of staying on for the CTR Annual Trophoblast meeting. 

Topics include: Human and mouse placental development, placental immunology, trophoblast stem cells, epigenetics, cell isolation and culture, microarray and sequencing techniques, clinical study design, placental flow and transport, oxygen metabolism, comparative placentation
