WiPSCEWiPSCEWiPSCE 2023DescriptionThe 18th WiPSCE Conference on Primary and Secondary Computing Education Research The WiPSCE conference is the premier international venue for school-level computing education. It aims to improve the exchange of research and practice relevant to teaching and learning in primary and secondary computing education, teacher training, and related research. The WiPSCE conference is a descendant of a long-running workshop of the German computing education community (hence its acronym: Workshop in Primary and Secondary Computing Education - WiPSCE). It is now held as an international annual conference alternating between different, mostly European, countries and Germany. This year at WiPSCE we are offering three 2-hour long workshops on a first-come, first-served basis, during the first morning of the workshop on 27th September. If you’d like to attend the workshop please select the workshop you would like to attend during registration. More information can be found at: https://www.wipsce.org/2023/related-events.php On Thursday afternoon, 28th September, you will be able to choose to go punting on the River Cam, a very traditional Cambridge activity, or go for an informal walking tour with members of the team. For the punting trip, we are asking for a contribution of £10 towards the cost. For more information, please check the full conference program at http://wipsce.org.
