During the booking process, you will be asked to make your choices from the menu options detailed below:

Starter
King Prawns in Chilli and Garlic (with French bread)
Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms (in a cream sauce on puff pastry)
Chicken Liver Terrine (with a caramelised onion and plum chutney and French bread)

Main Course
Beef Bourguignon (classic beef stew with onions, mushrooms and bacon braised in red wine, with French beans and dauphinoise potatoes)
Duck Confit (with a plum sauce, French beans and dauphinoise potatoes)
Salmon Niçoise (pan roasted salmon fillet on a salad of potato, anchovy, egg, black olives and mixed leaves)

Dessert
Tarte au Citron (lemon tarte with crème fraîche)
Chocolate Ganache (with a hazelnut & praline base and vanilla crème fraîche)
Crème Glacée (two scoops of luxury ice cream served in a crispy wafer basket)
