Cancellation Policy
We regret that a fee is applicable when a confirmed booking is cancelled:
6-8 weeks prior to the event: 50% of the fee is payable
4-6 weeks prior to the event: 75% of the fee is payable
4 weeks or less: 100% of the fee is payable.

If a delegate does not attend for whatever reason, the full fee will be retained as a cancellation charge.
