Alumni Groups have been holding Freshers’ Parties around the world for local upcoming students to meet one another and former students from their home region for many years now. Some Groups run very small parties with varying success and are in need of advice, others run very large successful parties and could provide invaluable advice to other Groups.

This workshop is designed to exchange ideas and advice (showcasing best practice) on holding a Freshers' Party.

All information is held and transmitted securely. Records are used for alumni relations and fundraising purposes, including publications, alumni surveys, appeals and the marketing of alumni events and services such as CAMCard, the University credit card, alumni email and online services, the travel and merchandise programmes. Appeals and marketing may be done by post, telephone or electronic means. If at any time you have queries, wish to restrict data sharing or don’t want to be contacted, please say. (Minimal information is always retained so you are not contacted inadvertently: name, college, subject, matriculation and graduation details, USN and date of birth.)
