Cancellation policy

•    Attendee cancellations are subject to a £20 administration fee, where the cancellation is made more than 2 weeks (deadline - Friday 11 September 2026). The remaining balance of the course fee will be refunded. 
•    No refund is payable for a cancellation made within two weeks immediately prior to the event – in this event the full fee will remain payable. If a place can be filled by another attendee, then the full fee (less the £20 administration fee) will be refunded once the replacement attendee has paid in full. 
•    All cancellations must be sent in writing to iccs@maths.cam.ac.uk
