Detailed Description
Mindfulness offers us space and time to become aware of ourselves, an invitation to find quiet as you slow down towards the end of your busy day and focus on your positive wellbeing. Experienced tutor Sarah-Cate Blake will guide you in a course of deepening mindfulness practice over the weeks all in the beautiful environment of the MAA gallery. Join us for these sessions at the end of the day, just after the museum closes to the general public.
Important: All booked participants are requested to arrive on time; due to the nature of the session we regret that latecomers will not be admitted.
Participants should bring a warm and comfortable jumper

Please note that these workshops are designed for participants 18 years and over. MAA runs other activities for families and young people.
