Master of Studies 2022/2024 graduation dinner. Please ensure registration for the graduation ceremony is done via your college. This is a whole cohort event dinner hosted by the programme team. You may bring a maximum of 3 guests per student. Students must wear academic gowns for dinner.

You will be asked to select your menu preference during the payment process.

MENU

Vegetarian option:

Starter: BUTTERNUT SQUASH (V) Spiced soup, toasted seeds, roasted feta, dill oil

Main course: WILD MUSHROOM (V) Pithivier, parsnip purée, savoy cabbage and mushroom sauce

Dessert: CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE (V) Tart, mascarpone, orange gel, confit orange, chocolate shard

Dessert option:  Plain fruit 

Non vegetarian option: 

Starter: SMOKED SALMON Marinated beetroot, horseradish crème fraîche, and dill

Main course: VENISON Pan fried fillet, braised haunch, pomme purée, caramelised turnip purée, steamed curly kale, roasted carrot, rosemary and red wine jus

Dessert: CHOCOLATE AND ORANGE (V) Tart, mascarpone, orange gel, confit orange, chocolate shard
