Cancellation Policy
If the conference is cancelled
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel an event. In such circumstances we will give as much notice as possible and endeavour to organise another event date or refund any fees paid (the exact amount refunded to you will be dependent on the exchange rate on that day). No compensation will be paid for any additional costs you may have incurred.
If you wish to cancel your booking
Please inform us of cancellations via email to charlotte@iis2027.com
Cancellations can be made free of charge curing the cooling off period, up to 14 days after purchasing the conference ticket.
Where notice of cancellation is received outside of the cooling off period we will refund a proportion of the conference fee. The non-refundable portion of the fee is £100 per person and cannot be reimbursed.
Notice periods and % refunds
The periods reference the day on which we receive your email notification of cancellation.
Before 14 May 2027 - 100% of the refundable portion.
From 15 May 2027 onwards - 0% of the refundable portion.
The refund policy above applies to the registration costs only.
Transfer of Tickets
Tickets can be transferred to another delegate. Please contact charlotte@iis2027.com if you wish to transfer your ticket. The deadline for ticket transfers is Friday 4 June.
Code of Conduct
We value the participation of everyone and are committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and positive experience for everyone. All participants are expected to treat one another with respect and courtesy throughout the conference, including in all forms of communication.
