Join local artist, Laura Matine, for a fun and creative lino printing workshop, where you’ll be guided through the process of creating your very own unique print using traditional tools and techniques.

Perfect for beginners as well as those already familiar with the craft. Laura will show you how to design and carve your lino block to create a striking finished piece. You’ll have plenty of support throughout the session to develop your ideas and bring your design to life.

Nuala McBride is a qualified Nutritionist registered under the Association for Nutrition in the UK. She had a special focus in gut health, after her own journey with coeliac disease. 

Nuala has designed a day which combines educational talks as well as including 1:1 mini consultations for delegates to ask their burning questions or gain guidance.
