The Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Cambridge is hosting a launch event for our Affiliates Programme, to enhance and develop our engagement with industry and government and ensure that our research and our graduates have the highest impact and relevance for Society. 

The Knowledge Exchange Day aims to promote interactions between our academics and students, and a wide range of external partners. Participants will hear about some of the cutting-edge research taking place in the Department, be introduced to outstanding postgraduate students, and jointly chart ways in which we can work together for the benefit of all.  We are also keen to hear about the latest developments in industry, and how we can work together to drive innovation.

The programme begins with registration and refreshments at 11:30am. 
From noon until 5pm, there will be a mix of talks, round tables and poster sessions with lunch at 1:30pm.  From 5pm we will enjoy networking and drinks at the Old House.
