If you are unable to travel to the UK due to VISA restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances outside of your control, please contact the organising team at xprag2025@mmll.cam.ac.uk  to discuss online participation. This is meant as an exception to the otherwise all in-person nature of the meeting. If you are facing financial difficulties that prevent you from registering (e.g. not currently employed or from an institution in a low-income country without a research budget) please contact the organisers using the same email address.    

Accommodation
Delegates can book accommodation in rooms in Cambridge Colleges directly via this form. Please select your preferred location, room type, and number of nights. All prices include breakfast. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that ‘double room’ indicates one double bed for single or double occupancy (same price), whereas ‘twin’ is two single beds (for single or double occupancy (same price). Also note that Trinity College and Trinity Hall are different Colleges/locations.
    
If you would like to extend your stay (e.g., by arriving earlier or departing later), this might be possible with some of the Colleges below. You can book your stay for the duration of the conference with the form below and get in touch with College directly for the extra nights (for accommodation at Trinity Hall email: events@trinhall.cam.ac.uk ; for accommodation at Gonville & Caius you can book the extra nights directly here: https://caiusbnb.cai.cam.ac.uk/ and then email them at conference.office@cai.cam.ac.uk  to connect this booking with the one you made through the conference form; book rooms at the Stephen Hawking Building only, and book the same type of room as you book with this form, or else you might be asked to change rooms)
