The CWUAAT (Cambridge Workshop on Universal Access and Assistive Technology) 2027 will mark 25 years of collaborative research, celebrating what we have learnt and reflecting on what we still need to do. CWUAAT 2027 will be held on 7-9 April 2027 in St Catharine’s College, Cambridge, UK, a beautiful college in the centre of Cambridge.

As well as the paper and poster sessions, we plan to include a traditional Cambridge three-course gala dinner and plenty of networking opportunities.

Registration fee includes daytime catering and one gala dinner attendance. Once you choose an option below and click through, you will also have the option of adding one additional gala dinner ticket for £70 (subject to availability).

For Long Paper Authors the registration deadline is 14 December 2026

For Poster Authors the registration deadline is 18 January 2027

Early-bird registration is available until 18 January 2027, after which the price will rise to £590.
