Giving Before the Membership Cards Arrive
If you plan to give this gift before the membership card(s) arrive in the post, please print and include a copy of your confirmation email for the recipient. They can bring it to one of our ticket offices when they visit the Garden.
Please note: membership cards may take up to 2 weeks to arrive (or 4 weeks during busy periods).

Visiting with Children
Children aged 0–16 can visit the Garden for free and do not require a membership card. They must, however, be accompanied by an adult at all times.
