8:00am-10:00am: Refreshments and official class photograph at Cambridge Judge Business School

10:00am-5:00pm: Formal procession at Senate House through your college (you will need to formally register with your college to graduate)

6:00 onwards: Arrival & registration at Cambridge Guildhall (Main Entrance - Market square).

6:00-9:00pm: Drinks and canapes reception for registered students and their guests

8:00-8:20pm: Welcome and speeches

8:20-8:30pm: Presentations/Awards (Interim Dean, MBA Director & MBA Executive Director)

9:00pm: Celebration finishes, guests free to leave Cambridge Guildhall
