Exploring Interdisciplinary Frontiers: Cognitive Science, Computational Modelling, and Artificial Intelligence

By facilitating partnerships between institutions within the UK and between the UK and EU, our event aims to advance both AI’s role in understanding brain function and how neuroscience can inspire new AI frameworks. The initiative promotes the sharing of cutting-edge research findings and their application in advancing these disciplines. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, our event will bridge the gap between these rapidly evolving fields, driving innovative solutions and expanding the impact of cognitive science and related domains. This effort will enhance institutional and academic cooperation and contribute to the broader scientific community by integrating new insights and advancements, creating a lasting network of collaboration across borders. The success of this project will also inform future collaborative grant applications from funders such as UKRI, Wellcome Trust, and Alan Turing Institute.
