If you plan to visit the Garden before receiving your card(s) in the post, please bring a printed copy of your confirmation email to one of our ticket offices when you visit the Garden.

Please note, it may take up to 2 weeks (and 4 weeks at busy times) for you to receive your membership card if you purchase by this method.

Detailed Description

Please note that if you are paying for someone else’s membership, then you’ll need to buy a Gift Membership.

Children aged 0-16 can visit the Garden for FREE and do not therefore require a membership card, however they will need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
