Please note that only students (PhD students and undergraduates) are eligible for the reduced student fee.

Dinner attendance for a guest is GBP90.

The early bird fees are £220 for students and £300 regular, which are valid until 17 May 2026.

After 17 May, the fees increase to £270 for students and £350 regular.

Accommodation should be booked separately.
