The first ever WOMBL Residential Weekend will be held in the Lake District on the Ambleside Campus of the University of Cumbria from Friday June 26 until Sunday June 28 2026. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and should plan to arrive by 5pm on Friday June 26 and depart at or after 2pm on Sunday June 28.

There will be a registration fee of £150 to cover facility rental, single en-suite accommodation, and the meals described in your confirmation email. Subsidised rates are available for those with limited or no access to institutional funding. There is a limited amount of WOMBL funding available and participants are asked to draw on institutional funding where possible.

Only participants who have been notified that their place is confirmed should complete this form and pay their chosen level of registration fee.  Participants who have not done so by Tuesday, 12 May may forfeit their place. You must complete the form even if your place has been confirmed as fully subsidised by WOMBL funds.
