Please note that to book accommodation you must have registered for the conference and accommodation is available only as a block booking for the 3 nights (Sunday evening to Wednesday morning), and price indicated above is the total for the 3 nights. 
The conference website has details of the accommodation at Fitzwilliam and Clare. Although Cambridge is a city with plenty of options for accommodation, the accommodation offered here is at very competitive prices. But if you would like to arrange your own accommodation directly, you could try:

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, this is possible until the 1st of June 2026 subject to a cancellation fee of £100.00. After the 1st of June, it is not possible to cancel your participation at the conference (no refund possible after this date).
